Fiesta Parade Floats assigns organized decoration groups, composed of at least 50 decorators per shift, to each of float and augments the groups with a limited number of volunteer decorators. Although many hands are needed to complete the floats, Fiesta wants to make certain that everyone has a special project to make it a special event for all decorators, so large numbers of volunteers are not relied upon.
