Thousands of volunteers assist in decorating Fiesta Parade Float’s Rose Parade floats each year. Seasoned and skilled full-time float supervisors manage the decorators and ensure the floral application is up to Fiesta’s very high standards. Clients have the flexibility to provide their own decorators or tap into Fiesta’s network of long-time seasoned decorators, leveraging partnerships with organizations such as the Girl Scouts of America.

Fiesta Parade Floats boasts the largest year-round staff in the industry. Each float is assigned one or two seasoned, full-time, float supervisors and a veteran float-decorating crew. Float supervisors manage the final preparation of each float during Decorating Week and up until the final hours when the floats enter the parade route.
